Jenn would make herself available any time to answer all our questions. Multiple times, we contacted her after normal business hours and even on the weekends! If she wasn't immediately available, she would let us know when we could expect a call from her.
We've had some awful experiences, prior to dealing with Jenn. Not this time! Our house sold within 2 days of being on the market. There was an unavoidable delay with the final closing date, but, Jenn kept in contact with the buyers agent and kept us informed of the progress. She helped us set up a deed package and we didn't even have to be present at closing. Instead, she was there to represent us and handle all the final details. Overall, we were very happy with the end result. Jenn was always right there, working hard for us.
As the buyer on Jenna's first sale I had the opportunity to really see what she knows. She was very familiar with the Phoenixville Area and was able to quickly provide me with available properties and updates when new properties became available. She did NOT push me to purchase higher than my comfort zone in order to increase her commission. She took notes at each property we viewed if I had any questions and got back to me with the responses in a timely manner. She was always very easy to get in contact with and always left a voicemail when I didn't answer. Even though it was her first sale she was very informed on what she needed to do, what steps were next, and what the seller's agent should have been doing. Jenna Rock even went to appraisals and inspections that she was not required to attend. If there was anything she felt would be better handled by someone with experience she reached out to fellow coworkers and received all the information she needed to go above and beyond and got creative working out problems that did arise. It was a pleasure working with Jenna Rock and the rest of her team at Century 21 Valley Forge.
Ernie, was a very Professional, attentive, helpful person to work with. Everything was explained on a level that was understandable after the first time explained. Calls, e-mails and texts were always returned in a quick manner. SO glad we went with Ernie.
There was a very last minute glitch with the buyer, but with Ernie we were able to work out the problem and settlement was completed on time. Top Notch, always positive attitude.
